1. Where can I shop Woodles & Co. products?

You can find us at local markets and pop-ups around Eagle and Meridian, Idaho, and now right here in our online shop. Follow us on Instagram or check our Markets page to see where we’ll be next.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you and your pet to love your purchase. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. For the safety of pets, we cannot accept returns on used items or opened treats. Read more about our return policy.

3. How do you choose the products you sell?

Every item is handpicked with your pet in mind. We focus on playful designs, high-quality materials, and brands we trust. If it isn’t cute, durable, or joyful, it doesn’t make it onto our shelves.

4. Do you ship orders?

Yes, we ship across the U.S. You’ll see shipping options at checkout. If you’re local, keep an eye out—we occasionally offer in-person pickup at markets.

5. Will you be opening a storefront?

That’s our dream! Our goal is to open a boutique in downtown Eagle, Idaho, where Rosie can join me at work every day and my kids can lend a hand. For now, you can shop online or come say hi at a market.

6. Can I bring my dog to your booth or future store?

Absolutely! We love meeting your pets. At markets and pop-ups, dogs are always welcome to stop by for a treat or a sniff. And once our storefront dream in downtown Eagle comes true, you can bet it will be a dog-friendly space.
