We want you and your pet to love everything from Woodles & Co. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within reason and with a sprinkle of whimsy.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging/tags attached.

Used, chewed, or soiled items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. (We know your pup is excited—but we can’t take back anything that’s been slobbered on!)

Damaged or Defective?
If something arrived damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return

In-person returns: Bring your item and receipt to our next market event or pop-up.

For online returns (when we launch): Email us at hello@woodlesandco.com with your order number and a brief description.
We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.
Woodles & Co. Shipping Policy
We want your curated pet goodies to get from our shop to your doorstep quickly and safely—without losing any of their charm along the way.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During busy seasons (like the holidays or new collection launches), processing may take an extra day or two.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup in the Treasure Valley of Idaho at select markets and pop-up events.

Use the code “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you pickup instructions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

Perishable items (like dog charcuterie) ship locally only to ensure freshness.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
