Woodles & Co. Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love everything from Woodles & Co. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within reason and with a sprinkle of whimsy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging/tags attached.

  • Used, chewed, or soiled items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. (We know your pup is excited—but we can’t take back anything that’s been slobbered on!)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables (like treats or dog charcuterie boards)

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Defective?

If something arrived damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

  • In-person returns: Bring your item and receipt to our next market event or pop-up.

  • For online returns (when we launch): Email us at hello@woodlesandco.com with your order number and a brief description.

We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.

 

Woodles & Co. Shipping Policy

We want your curated pet goodies to get from our shop to your doorstep quickly and safely—without losing any of their charm along the way.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy seasons (like the holidays or new collection launches), processing may take an extra day or two.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Local Pickup

  • We offer free local pickup in the Treasure Valley of Idaho at select markets and pop-up events.

  • Use the code “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you pickup instructions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Perishable items (like dog charcuterie) ship locally only to ensure freshness.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
