CARE Wiping with a wet cloth will remove most stains. If the item needs to be thoroughly cleaned, handwash it in lukewarm water with plain soap, then wring it out and leave it to dry.
We pack every order with care and a little bit of love, then send it on its way within 2–3 business days. Most packages arrive in 3–7 days after shipping, and you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow the journey.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging/tags attached.
Used, chewed, or soiled items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. (We know your pup is excited—but we can’t take back anything that’s been slobbered on!)
