It may not be market season yet, but that doesn't mean your dog has to go without their Woodles favorites. The Woodles Crate is our way of bringing the market to your doorstep, personally curated for your pup.

Each Woodles Crate is thoughtfully built around your dog — their size, personality, preferences, and needs. After you order, we'll send you a short questionnaire (via email or SMS) to get to know your pup a little better. We'll use your answers to hand-select a mix of the luxury goods you already love, plus a few new finds you may not have seen at the market yet.
Your pups crate could include:
- A carefully chosen enrichment toy matched to your dog
- Treats selected with their dietary needs and known allergies in mind
- Premium grooming essentials — think shampoo, paw serum, conditioning spray, and more
- Curated accessories like collars, leashes, or harnesses chosen just for them
- Possibly something brand new — items not yet seen at the market

We pack every order with care and a little bit of love, then send it on its way within 2–3 business days. Most packages arrive in 3–7 days after shipping, and you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow the journey.

We want you and your pet to love everything from Woodles & Co. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within reason and with a sprinkle of whimsy.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging/tags attached.
Used, chewed, or soiled items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. (We know your pup is excited—but we can’t take back anything that’s been slobbered on!)

Damaged or Defective?
If something arrived damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll make it right.
How to Start a Return
In-person returns: Bring your item and receipt to our next market event or pop-up.
For online returns: Email us at hello@woodlesandco.com with your order number and a brief description.
We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.
